World Cement,

Metso will display two Lokotrack mobile crushing plants at this year’s Steinexpo quarrying tradeshow from 30 August – 2 September in Homberg, Germany. The Finnish engineering company will present the Lokotrack LT120 and LT96S.

“Both Lokotrack jaw plants on display represents the most popular crushing plants in their size classes globally,” said Jouni Hulttinen, Product Manage for Compact Lokotracks at Metso. “The key features of both are their good fuel economy, latest Tier 4 Final motor technology, safe use, and easy service.”

The 60 t Lokotrack LT120 offers primary crushing for quarries with its 1200 – 879 mm jaw feed opening able to accept large feed sizes. A full-electric modal, the LT120E is also available for use with an external power source.

The LT96S is a more compact model used in the German market for processing recycled materials. An optional active setting control (ASC) offers continuous process, while in case of a blockage, the jaw opens to prevent damage. ASC also returns the setting automatically to the previous setting used.
