Haver & Boecker releases new packing machine

Published by , Assistant Editor
World Cement,

Haver & Boecker has expanded its bag handling product range for bulk products of any kind by introducing the HAVER SpeedRoad. The new product is a compact, efficient, economic and fully automatic system for lading filled bags directly onto trucks. It is an improved version of previous systems, and has already been sold and delivered to numerous African and Asian countries. The HAVER SpeedRoad offers high-performance, availability and easy maintenance.

The HAVER SpeedRoad assembles the bags that come from the conveyor belt of the packing machine to form a stacking pattern inside the machine, and put them down onto the truck in layers. The packing machine then moves into a waiting position, once the truck has been loaded, until the next truck arrives, unless there is a second loading system assigned to the packing machine.

3000 bags per hour can be loaded onto trucks in stable stacks using the HAVER SpeedRoad. It is suitable for different types of trucks and bags and provides selectable loading patterns, as well as enabling the loading of pre-positioned empty pallets onto the truck. Operational camera monitoring combined with a user-friendly touch panel control, facilitates the operation of the loading system.
