FilterSense monitoring systems can replace Method 22 visual inspections

World Cement,
FilterSense has released a particulate monitoring system that can replace Method 22 visual inspections. The company offers a wide range of fabric filter leak detection systems, all of which comply with MACT and other EPA compliance regulations. Using stack monitors with automatic self-checks eliminates the manual labour needed for EPA quality assurance requirements and Method 22 visual inspections, while multi-channel systems with leak locating technology can be used for large, multi-compartment baghouses. Low cost loop powered transmitters are also available.
All available systems include a reliable induction sensing principle that is particularly useful in difficult applications, such as coal, steel, power, cement, carbon black, lead smelters, chemical plants and pharmaceutical spray.
