New GM for MMD Mexico and Central America

Mineral processing expert, MMD, has appointed Juan Roberto Mena Blanco as its new General Manager for MMD Mexico and Central America. Blanco will be responsible for MMD’s business in Mexico, Central America, Colombia, Venezuela, and the Caribbean.
“We are very pleased to have Roberto Mena join out team,” said Richard Booth, Managing Director of North & South America. “His experience in business development and integration will accelerate ongoing efforts to consolidate MMD products in this important Latin American region.”
Blanco’s role will include expanding MMD’s distributor network in his region, as well as integrating and developing existing systems. “He is far more than just a safe pair of hands at this crucial time,” concluded Booth.
MMD specialises in sizing technology, a method of crushing mineral products – including limestone for the cement industry. The company’s equipment currently processes over 80 different materials in more than 70 countries for primary, secondary and tertiary crushing operations.
