UltraTech appoints new Deputy Managing Director

Aditya Birla Group company, UltraTech Cement, has appointed Kailash Chandra Jhanwar as Deputy Managing Director, in addition to his current role as the company’s Chief Manufacturing Officer. Jhanwar will also join the Board of Directors.
Jhanwar is a Chartered Accountant, who has worked with the Aditya Birla Group for 34 years. He has held various positions in Finance, Operations, and General Management across the cement and chemicals businesses. In these roles, he has overseen both greenfield and brownfield expansions.
