Lafarge India changes name to Nuvoco

Lafarge India Limited has recieved a new certificate from the Registrar of Companies, reflecting a change in its name to Nuvoco Vistas Corp. Ltd.
Nuvoco Vistas Corp. Ltd. will continue to use the existing Lafarge brand on its cement and ready-mix concrete product packaging for a period of time.
