World Cement,

For over two decades, Sagar Cement and Gebr. Pfeiffer have enjoyed a trusting partnership based on quality, innovation and reliability. The foundation for this cooperative partnership was laid back in 1999, when Sagar Cement ordered its first slag cement mill for the plant in Bayyavaram from Gebr. Pfeiffer.

Sagar Cement and Gebr. Pfeiffer: continued cooperation

Since then, the cooperation has developed continuously – marked by the successful implementation of numerous vertical roller mills that guarantee maximum efficiency and performance.

Now this success story is continuing: Sagar Cement has once again placed an order for a state-of-the-art MVR 5000 C-4 vertical roller mill for cement grinding at its Dachepalle plant. This investment follows the installation of an MVR mill of the same size in 2018 and underlines the trust in proven Pfeiffer technology. The new grinding plant will be delivered with a mill drive power of 3870 kW and is designed for a production capacity of 210 tph of OPC (Ordinary Portland Cement).

The project is being carried out in close cooperation between Gebr. Pfeiffer (India) Pvt. Ltd. and Gebr. Pfeiffer SE (Germany). Pfeiffer's experienced engineering team in Noida, India, is providing comprehensive customer support and precise plant design.

This investment by Sagar Cement is an expression of high customer satisfaction and a clear sign of sustainable growth.
