LafargeHolcim aims to acquire remaining shares in Heracles Cement

LafargeHolcim has launched a mandatory tender offer for the acquisition of the remaining shares of Heracles Cement, in which LafargeHolcim owns an 88.99% stake. LafargeHolcim is offering €1.23 per share, which amounts to the average weighted trading price of the shares of the company over the six months to 10 July, when LafargeHolcim acquired the Lafarge stake. The acceptance period has not yet been announced.
