Haver & Boecker acquires Newtec Bag Palletizing
Haver & Boecker Holding GmbH has signed a contract to take over a 100% share of Newtec Bag Palletizing from Newtec International Group S.A.
The acqusition will enable the Haver & Boecker Group to deliver complete storage, packing and loading systems for bulk materials and premium quality liquids.
Newtec Bag Palletising, headquartered in France, is a manufacturer of automatic palletising systems. It will be an independently operating Group company.
The Haver & Boecker Group hope that the acquisition will help the company to compete with European quality, especially against growing competition from India.
