CRH appoints new non-executive Director

The Board of CRH plc has recently announced the addition of Rebecca McDonald to the Board with effect from 1 September 2015. Ms McDonald will undertake the role of non-executive Director.
Experience in the role and sector
Rebecca McDonald is currently a non-executive Director of Aggreko plc, Veresen Inc. and ITT Corporation. In addition, she was, until recently, a non-executive Director of Granite Construction Inc.
Ms McDonald has held a variety of executive leadership positions in the energy sector, therefore, bringing an expanse of international experience, particularly in the Americas, Asia and Africa. Roles have included Chief Executive of Laurus Energy and of Amoco Energy Development Company.
