Galliford Try signs £380m housing deal

A development agreement has been signed between Galliford Try and the Greater London Authority to construct the Silvertown Way development in Canning Town, East London.
Galliford Try will construct more than 1100 mixed tenure homes across a series of individual blocks.
The total value of the agreement in £380 million making it the largest standalone housing scheme that Galliford Try has ever undertaken.
The project will be delivered through an existing joint venture vehicle with Thames Valley Housing Association.
