World Cement,
The UK’s Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) has been delivering health, safety and environment tests through Pearson VUE since 2012 and has decided to continue this contract. The test was originally introduced in 2001 to ensure that everyone working in the construction sector has a minimum level of health, safety and environmental awareness. The computer-based test can be taken at a network of Pearson Professional Centres located throughout the UK, giving people easy access to test centres and appointments.
Braden Connolly, Head of Product Management at the CITB, said: “It is important for construction businesses at all levels to engage with health and safety awareness, and through this extended partnership we will continue to raise the standards and awareness of safety and environment with our industry. We have been satisfied by the quality of service provided by Pearson VUE, allowing wide geographic reach of testing centres and ease of process for candidates in terms of booking and sitting the tests.”
