Retirements at CRH

CRH plc has announced that Mr. Bill Egan and Mr. Utz-Hellmuth Felcht have retired fro the Board, following the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting held on 28 April 2016.
Following their retirement, both Mr. Egan and Mr. Felcht will receive their outstanding non-executive Director fees for the period to 28 April 2016.
