World Cement,
Hoganas Bjuf has made the decision to develop a new generation of monolithic products, which will be produced in the world’s most modern refractory plant in Bjuv.
The company has manufactured refractory products for over 200 years, and have a technology-leading position on the market. In recent year, it has strengthened its research and development, and has recruited international refractory expertise and built one of Europe’s most modern laboratories for refractories. Building a brand-new, fully modern refractory plant in Bjuv represents the next step towards even better solutions.
The plant will be used to manufacture a new generation of monolithic products featuring even better properties than the current one. This is in line with Hoganas’ ambition to offer its customers a total solution, including design, engineering, logistics, supervision and installation, alongside the products themselves.
The new plant will be inaugurated on 1 September.
