Sacci SpA creditors change date of hearing

There is a change of date of the hearing for a vote by Sacci SpA creditors on their composition and the binding offer submitted by Cementir Italia for the purchase of the Sacci SpA’s business division for the production of cement and readymixed concrete.
Following up on the previous press release dated 14 January 2016, Cementir Holding has announced that it has been notified by its subsidiary Cementir Italia S.p.A. (Cementir Italia) that the Court of Rome has further changed the hearing to 14 March 2016 where Sacci S.p.A (Sacci)’s composition with creditors will be subject to their vote.
