Belgorod Cement, the Eurocement-owned plant, has hosted a delegation of students from Northern (Arctic) Federal University. The students toured the plant and were able to talk to employees in the workshops and control room, and learn about the professions associated with the manufacture of cement.
Belgorod Cement also hosted an annual scientific and technical conference of young specialists. The conference presented a report with proposals aimed at improving production efficiency, reducing costs and the introduction of advanced technologies.
Meanwhile, Pikalevo Cement has also been hosting students at its plant, introducing the IT side of cement production and describing the history of the plant, its areas of activity, working conditions and career prospects for young professionals.
