FLSmidth Group Executive Vice President retires

Bjarne Moltke Hansen has decided to leave FLSmidth after 15 years as Group Executive Vice President.
Bjarne started working for FLSmidth in 1984, holding various managerial positions in Unicon A/S over a period of 11 years. He then held the position of CEO of Cembrit Holding A/S for 5 years, before becoming CEO of Aalborg Portland Holding A/S in 2000. In 2002, Bjarne became Group Executive Vice President, Customer Services Division, until he was appointed Group Executive Vice President, Product Companies Division, in 2015.
Group CEO Thomas Schulz thanks Bjarne Moltke Hansen for his achievements and dedicated service to FLSmidth: "I would like to thank Bjarne for his committed contribution to FLSmidth through his entire career and I wish him all the best in the future. Bjarne has played an important role in the many changes the FLSmidth Group has undergone during the last 30 years," says Thomas Schulz.
Bjarne Moltke Hansen says goodbye with proudness of the results he together with various teams has achieved during the years: "It has been very exciting to be part of the FLSmidth Group for such a long period. FLSmidth is a fantastic company and I had an incredible journey for over 30 years. Today, we have a focused and global company, ready for new heights within Services, Products and Projects. When leaving FLSmidth, I will miss all the management teams and colleagues around the world. But the time is right for me to move on and I am ready to take on new challenges," says Bjarne Moltke Hansen.
