World Cement,
Loesche GmbH is set to sell its pre-owned coal mills for grinding coal from a coal-fired power plant in Belgium.
The power plant was operated by Electrabel Belgium and had been decommissioned in 2014 due to economic reasons. Loesche was able to repurchase at least four of these mills, type LM 20.2D and LM 19.2D and will resell these.
The mills had always been kept in correct condition, yet they will be completely refurbished and equipped with a new classifier customised for future technical specifications.
Loesche can sell the refurbished mills together with the partially new components with a price reduction of 50% compared to new mills.
According to the company, the availability and reliability of the refurbished mills is the same as newly manufactured mills.
