CRH appoints Patrick Kennedy to the Board

Irish building materials firm CRH has announced the co-option to the board of Patrick Kennedy as a non-executive director, with effect from 1 January 2015. Mr Kennedy joins the board having retired this year from SHV Holdings, a large family-owned Dutch multinational company with interests in energy, industrial services, heavy lifting and transport solutions, among others, where he was Chairman of the Executive Board of Directors.
Mr Kennedy holds a Master’s degree in Business Studies from University College Dublin and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the National University of Ireland, Galway.
