Eurocement Group announces new CEO of Maltsovsky Portland Cement

Stefan Noev has been announced as the new CEO of Maltovsky Portland Cement. He has rich international experience in the cement industry. A graduate of the Technical University of Sofia (Bulgaria), he went through a career at the Italcementi Group and Suez Cement Group enterprises from a process engineer to the director of the plant.
In 2016, Noev joined the Eurocement group team and headed the Sengileevsky cement plant in the Ulyanovsk region – one of the most modern cement production enterprises in Russia using the energy-efficient dry method. He then worked in the group’s Moscow office as an operational director and oversaw production issues.
Maltsovsky Portland Cement is one of the largest cement producers, whose products are in high demand in Russia and exported. In the new position of Director General of the enterprise, Noev will be tasked with increasing production efficiency, improving the quality characteristics of products, expanding its range, and increasing output. The new CEO will take office after passing the necessary procedures.
