World Cement,
Changes at the top of LafargeHolcim continue with the appointment of Feliciano González Muñoz as the new Head of Human Resources. The appointment will become effective from 1 May 2018.
Muñoz will replace Caroline Luscombe, who has decided to pursue opportunities outside of the company. He will report to CEO, Jan Jenisch, but, unlike his predecessor, will not join the Executive Committee. As a result, Executive Committee membership will be reduced to eight.
Muñoz is currently the HR Director for Europe. He had worked for more than 11 years in senior HR roles within the company. He had a PhD in Law from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and holds and MBA from Instituto de Empresa, Madrid.
