Cement dispatches up 18.1% y/y in Lanzarote in February 2015

According to figures released by ISTAC and Centro de Datos de Lanzarote, cement dispatches in the Canary Islands came in at 32 754 t in February 2015. This is slightly lower than January, when volumes reached 34 368 t.

Dispatches in Lanzarote increased from 4003 t in January to 4249 t in February, although the growth rate slowed slightly. In January 2015, dispatches were up 13.6% m/m and 37.9% y/y. In February meanwhile, cement dispatches improved by 6.1% m/m and 18.1% y/y.
