Mr. Humps' responsibilities include the further development of all sales and logistics processes, for example to digitise ordering processes and make them even easier for customers and users. Another focus is on the positioning of future low-CO2 cement types and a suitable sales and marketing strategy.

Herbert Humps has over 20 years of experience in sales and has held management positions at well-known companies in the construction industry, such as Lhoist, MC Bauchemie and Hilti.

Growing area of ??responsibility

Herbert Humps has been with Rohrdorfer since October 2023 and has gradually taken over the tasks and responsibilities of his predecessor. In March 2024, he took over the management of Geosystems Spezialbaustoffe GmbH in Germany and Austria. Since July 2024, he has been Managing Director of Sakret Trockenbeton München GmbH. In November 2024, Mr. Humps was given power of attorney for Rohrdorfer Zement GmbH in Gmunden.

"The expertise that Herbert Humps has acquired in his career makes him the ideal candidate for his varied and demanding tasks," says Rohrdorfer Managing Director Mike Edelmann. "We are very pleased that we were able to recruit Mr. Humps and look forward to continuing our collaboration."
