RHI Magnesita strengthens its management with Jacqueline Knox

Jacqueline Knox has been announced as RHI Magnesita’s EVP General Legal Counsel and Company Secretary. She is currently Associate General Counsel M&A at VEON, an international telecommunications and technology business.
Knox will begin the role from 1 December and will be based in Vienna as part of the EMT. She has previously worked across various industries and continents and she brings a large range of international experience, knowledge, and strong technical legal skills to the role. These experiences include executing M&A deals and an understanding of UK corporate governance. Knox has also held the role of General Counsel and Company Secretary at Ophir Energy, a FTSE listed upstream oil and gas business, with a large portfolio of assets in Africa and Asia. She helped this business move from a private to a London listing.
