World Cement,
CeramTec has announced that it has exceeded its sales record once again this past business year, reaching #501 million, an increase of over 5%. Through this, the ceramic manufacturer was able to build on the success of the previous business year, which was one of marked growth due to the acquisition of US-based DAI-Ceramics, investment in a new ultra-modern kiln hall at the Marktredwitz site, and the opening of a representative office in Istanbul. CeramTec also extended its production capabilities, introduced new materials and expanded its product range, further enabling the company to increase its revenues in 2015.
“Reaching a sales mark of half a billion euros enabled us to exceed our record results achieved in 2014, not simply maintain them. This underscores the potential of advanced ceramics across all sectors and motivates us to accept new challenges with innovative ideas and top quality standards,’ says Henri Steinmetz, CEO CeramTec Group.
