CRH announces new non-executive Director

As of 18 February, Mr Henk Rottinghuis has been co-opted to the Board of CRH plc as a non-executive Director.

Mr Rottinghuis is a Dutch citizen with a background in distribution, wholesale and logistics. He was CEO at Pon Holdings B.V. up until 2010 and is currently Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Stork Technical Services, which provides asset management services to the oil and gas, power and chemical industries. He is also a member of the supervisory boards of the Royal Bank of Scotland N.V., and the retail groups Blokker Holding B.V. and Detailresult Groep.

He holds a Master’s degree in Dutch Law from the University of Groningen.
