Hope Construction Materials has opened its Apprenticeship Academy for the second year, seeking three apprentices for positions in its quarries and cement plant.

The Boards of Directors of Holcim and Lafarge have nominated their candidates to sit on the board of LafargeHolcim.

Renk and Loesche have jointly developed the COPE gearbox, which visitors to Hannover Fair will be able to see at the Renk AG stand.

Shareholders approved all motions proposed by the Board at Holcim’s AGM. The merger with Lafarge was not discussed at this meeting.
