A German company that specialises in recycling material, such as used concrete, through various construction works has chosen Elkon as its partner in its new ready mix business.
The company chose to enter the ready-mix business as a result of the expansion of its ongoing projects.
To realise this idea, Elkon put an Elkomix-90 Quick Master Compact Concrete Batching plant into operation in Stuttgart.
The plant is equipped with a 2250/1500 I. Elkon Twinshaft mixer and is able to produce 1.5m3 of vibrated concrete in every batch. It reaches a production capacity of 75m3/h and is equipped with four 20 m3 inline aggregate storage bins and two 75 t cement silos.
