New Schenck Process weigh feeder for Akhangarancement

Eurocement’s Akhangarancement has installed and commissioned a new weigh feeder from Schenck Process on cement mill no. 4. The Multidos® E weigh feeder allows the plant to adjust the dosage of the feed to the mill according to the type of cement being produced.
Engineers from Schenck Process went to the site in February to run the new equipment in, working together with plant engineers. During the trial, the company also provided training for the shift supervisor, mechanics and all staff working with the mill.
The project was undertaken as part of the investment in modernisation of the existing line.
