Ulyanovskcement sees 3% rise in production

Eurocement’s Ulyanovskcement produced 187 000 t of clinker in January-February of this year, an increase of 3% on the same period of last year. Some 159 000 t of cement was shipped to customers in the first two months of the year. In particular, sales of CEM I 42.5 N grew by 17% y/y, taking a 66% share in the total volume of cement shipped compared to 56% in January and February 2014.
Ulyanovskcement sells to many regions in Russia, including the Republic of Tatarstan, Chuvashia, Mordovia, Mari El, as well as Ulyanovsk, Nizhny Novgorod, Saratov, Samara and Penza.
Ulyanovskcement is currently working a 6200 tpd clinker production line.
