Powerscreen appoints Turkish distributor for crushing and screening equipment

Powerscreen, one of the world’s leading providers of mobile crushing and screening equipment, has appointed SIF Is Makinalari as an official distributor of Powerscreen® crushing and screening equipment to service the needs of aggregate customers within Turkey.

Conor Hegarty, Regional Sales Manager for Powerscreen, said, “Powerscreen is delighted to work with SIF Is Makinalari to support our customers in Turkey. The country is a fast growing market for construction equipment and SIF Is Makinalari is a long established, successful construction equipment distributor with a strong focus on aftersales support. We looking forward to building a successful relationship with SIF and building on our already strong presence in Turkey.”

SIF Is Makinalari was founded in 1956 by Sezai Türkes- Feyzi Akkaya (STFA) and Isiklar Holding and has been successfully growing its business in the construction equipment sector. They currently have branches in Istanbul, Bursa, Adana, Ankara, Izmir, Antalya, Diyarbakir, and Trabzon and 34 service stations, with the aim of delivering the best quality service to its customers all around Turkey.

In addition to sales and rental opportunities, SIF will provide parts, service and warranty support for Powerscreen equipment by factory-trained technicians, as well as financing options to qualified customers.
