John F Hunt Plant Hire has taken on a Dynapac CA1500 soil compactor from Atlas Copco, for remediation projects in Stratford and Barnet.
The small range of Dynapac soil compactors are vibratory rollers that are designed to compact in confined spaces such as pipe trenches, general repair work and steep slopes. The machine purchased by John F Hunt Plant Hire will predominantly be used for remediation and to enable works contracts within the Group. The Dynapac CA1500 comes with an operating mass of 7000 kg and a drum width of 1676 mm.
Ben Williams, Managing Director at John F Hunt says: ‘What we like most about this compactor is that it’s simple to operate and is the ideal size for the typical projects we tend to undertake. As well as excellent product value, customer service also played a key part in the purchasing decision. Our strong business relationship with sales manager Nigel Booley goes back twenty years.’
