Mathis Menzel begins presidency of the EASA’s European and World Chapter
The CEO of Menzel Elektromotoren GmbH, Mathis Menzel, has been elected as President of the EASA’s European and World Chapter. He will hold the position for the next two years. The EASA (Electrical Apparatus Service Association) represents over 1900 companies across 62 countries. The trade association provides services and maintenance for electrical machines and plants and EASA engineers offer technical support to member companies. The association also hosts courses and training events, including on topics such as explosion protection. The European and World Chapter represents firms from Africa, Asia, Europe and the Middle East. Under Mathis Menzel’s presidency term, the EASA will aim to enhance the presence and public perception of the electrical engineering and maintenance industry in Europe.
