World Cement,

Christian Pfeiffer is to supply to grinding plants for a new cement plant for YD Madencilik AS (part of the Üstyapi Insaat Group).

Located 200 km east of Istanbul in the Düzce region, YD Madencilik’s cement plant is currently being built. Christian Pfeiffer previously worked with Üstyapi in 2015, leading to the project being issued directly to Christian Pfeiffer. The company will supply two parallel grinding plants, consisting of a roller press (2x 1450 kW), a ball mill (Ø 4 m x 13 m, 3200 kW), supplemented by a static separator KS200 and a twin feed separator TFS 325-Z.

Each of the two plants ensures a production of 210 tph ordinary portland cement. The two grinding plants can alternatively be operated separately to allow for the production of different types of cement. Furthermore, it is also possible to operate the roller presses or the ball mills in a single mode.

The first components were delivered according to the construction process at the end of 2018. All of the parts for the plant will be delivered by the end of May 2019.
