Cool Planet Technologies Limited announces MOU with Carmeuse

Cool Planet Technologies Limited ('Cool Planet') is pleased to announce that it has signed a MOU with Carmeuse Technologies SA ('Carmeuse'), a leading global manufacturer of lime, limestone, and mineral-based products, to collaborate on decarbonisation technology developments, using Cool Planet’s advanced membrane-based carbon capture technology.
At the heart of the collaboration is the decarbonisation of Carmeuse’s lime production assets. The collaboration involves Cool Planet’s technology to create a pilot demonstration plant as well as a study for an industrial plant decarbonisation solution with a view to developing a cost-efficient and innovative solution.
Andrew Corner, the Managing Director of Cool Planet Technologies, commented:
