More promotions for Hanson Cement

Hanson Cement has made more senior promotions within its bulk products division as part of the company’s commitment to customer service. John Doolan has been promoted to key account manager and Neil Jackson has become field sales manager.
John and Neil will work to strengthen new and existing customer relationships. Both will report to Mark Hickingbottom, who was recently appointed national commercial director, bulk cement.
John has previously worked for Hanson Cement in a number of different commercial roles. He will work closely with Hanson’s key account customers to create and deliver strategic plans. He will also develop internal and external relations to carry out the company’s vision of outstanding customer service.
Neil was previously Hanson’s sales manager for the Midlands and will now focus on sales strategy across the bulk division. He will manage a team of five distinct sales managers and ensure that customer’s needs are placed at the centre of the business.
Mark Hickingbottom said: “John and Neil’s experience and knowledge of the company will enable them to continue building on our customer relationships, putting customer service at the core of their work.”
