Breedon name change approved

Breedon has announced that the Jersey Financial Services Commission has formally approve the Group’s name change from Breedon Aggregates Limited to Breedon Group Plc. Trading in the Company’s shares under the new name took effect from 8am on 2 August 2016. The Company's ISIN and TIDM remain unchanged.
