Steadfast Resource Developments acquires MHP

Steadfast Resource Developments has acquired the entire share capital of Materials Handling Products Ltd.
Steadfast is a company owned and operated by Simon Drohan, who has an extensive history in the materials handling industry. He will become the new Managing Director of MHP as on 3 August 2016.
It is intended that MHP will continue to operate and function as an independent company, retaining the contemporary name and building upon the excellent reputation that has been built up over the last 25 years. The business will continue to be based at its Swadlincote headquarters and all staff are being retained to ensure a smooth transition snd the conduction of business as usual. MHP’s former owner, Brian Mackenzie, will continue to work with MHP over the coming months and will be retained as a consultant to work with MHP exclusively.
