Students from Lipetsk State Technical University have been working with Lipetsk cement plant for a number of years. This year, about a dozen students studying subjects such as the operation of transport, machines and systems, thermal design principles, automobile and tractor, and personnel management, were sent to Lipetskcement to gain a practical understanding of the industry.
Additionally, Lipetsk cement plant was visited by a group of second-year students from the Department of Metallurgical Institute Chemistry division at LGTU. Students had the opportunity to see some of the features of the production and packaging of cement, and company specialists took the students on a tour of the plant, ensuring that the entire production chain was explained clearly. This tour is an important part of passing practical training for the students and is important for introducing more skilled specialists into training, in accordance with the requirements of state educational standards.
