New directors for Italcementi

Following the operations that have led HeidelbergCement to acquire a relative majority stake in Italcementi SpA, the resignations from the position of director submitted by Giampiero Pesenti, Carlo Pesenti, Giulio Antonello, Giorgio Bonomi ed Italo Lucchini have become effective. The following directors were coopted at the Voard Meeting held on 1 July 2016: Paolo Banazzo, Roberto Callieri, Lorenz Naeger, Luca Sabelli and Dominik von Achten.
