Alimak Group strengthens its management

The Alimak Group has announced that Stefan Rinaldo has been appointed to Chief Operational Officer for the Alimak Group AB, with effect from 3 May 2016.
The appointment aims to strengthen the management capabilities of Alimak Group, and the main focus of the COO role in M&A integration, Legal & Contracts function, Information Technology, Compliance and Risk Management, including projects. The function will be instrumental to support Alimak Group's growth plan.
Stefan has been with Alimak Group since 2007, and he has held the position as the CFO since 2012. He will continue as CFO until new CFO is recruited and well on board in the Group.
