World Cement,
Buzzi Unicem has announced that the management of the Rio Beton batching plants has been taken over by Unical, as of 16 November.
The seven facilities (Spilamberto, Pavullo, Gaiato, San Prospero, Monterenzio, Silla di Gaggio Montano and Castellarano) produce concrete that is then delivered throughout the provinces of Modena, Bologna and Reggio Emilia. The plants are equipped with approximately 40 vehicles, including truck-mixers, concrete pumps and truck-mounted pumps. These allow the plants to provide optimal coverage of the territory.
Through this operation, Unical has strengthened its presence in the Modena area, and has increased its delivery capacity in the Bologna and Reggio Emilia areas.
