During his working visit to Lipetskcement, President Mikhail Skorokhod presented the new general director of the plant Oleg Lopatin to the staff.
Oleg Petrovich Lopatin is a highly professional manager with extensive experience in both wet and the dry cement plants. In partnership with Oleg Petrovich he carried out the construction of one of the most modern plants of the Eurocement Group in the Voronezh region.
Oleg Lopatin graduated from Moscow Institute of Steel and Alloys in 1979 with a degree in metallurgical engineering. He has work experience of over 35 years, including 15 years in management positions.
