CRH completes final phase of European lime divestment

CRH plc, a leading provider of building materials solutions, announced on November 22, 2023, that it had reached an agreement to divest its lime operations in Europe for a total consideration of c.US$1.1 billion.
CRH is pleased to announce that the third and final phase of the transaction, comprising the Group’s lime operations in Poland, is now complete.
