Mordovcement’s reconstruction project on track for April completion

World Cement,
Eurocement’s Mordovcement is in the process of reconstructing its process line to reduce fuel consumption and stabilise production. Workers are involved in round-the-clock repair work, including the installation of steel structures, technological equipment and machinery. Already, part of the kiln shell has been replaced, dryer-crusher plates have been repaired and repairs to the lining of the cooler have been carried out. Specialists from ThyssenKrupp Industrial Solutions are providing technical support for the installation and commissioning of new equipment acquired for this line.
The new semi-dry line is on track to be put into operation in early April 2015. The management of Mordovcement is paying careful attention to the quality of the work undertaken and the coordination of all involved in the reconstruction project.
