World Cement,
Tebodin has been awarded the framework agreement of Rijkswaterstaat (RWS), called SO3. RWS is responsible for the design, construction, management and maintenance of the main infrastructure facilities in the Netherlands.
SO3, a Dutch abbreviation for Samenwerkings Overeenkomst Ingenieursdiensten (Cooperation Agreement Engineering-services) 3, is a comprehensive agreement between RWS and engineering parties, under which RWS can commission engineering services in an efficient manner.
During the selection process, RWS assessed the plans of interested parties, taking into account cooperation, innovation, sustainability and the quality of their services. The agreement has a three year duration with an optional one year extension.
