World Cement,
Nevyanskiy Cementnik, part of the Eurocement Group, has obtained a Certificate of Compliance for its Quality Management System, in accordance with the GOST ISO 9001-2011 standard.
The certification audit, which took place from 18 – 20 November 2014, showed that the quality management system at JSC Nevyanskiy Cementnik (in relation to the production of cement) meets the requirements of GOST ISO 9001-2011. As part of the audit, the committee (on behalf of the certification body) examined the plant’s work units and conducted a thorough check of all necessary documentation. Following this, the audit committee recommended that the certification body, GOU DPO Academy of Standardisation, Metrology and Certification, confirm the validity of the certificate in relation to the production of cement.
"The Inspection Commission commended the work carried out at the enterprise,” said Natalia A. Tokunova, Chairman of the Commission. “We noted the improved management of documents, and stabilisation in the production of quality products.”
