Scandinavia: Powder Development appointed as distributor of Freeman Technology

World Cement,

Freeman Technology has named Powder Development as its exclusive distributor for the Nordic countries – Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland. Powder Development provides services and products to scientists and engineers working with powders, whether in research and development, formulation, manufacture, or quality control. The company’s close working relationship with Freeman Technology’s headquarters in Tewkesbury, UK, will ensure that customers in the Nordic countries benefit from the latest in-house research and application experience.

Freeman Technology reported a record 1Q this year, with a year-on-year increase in FT4 Powder Rheometer® installations.

“Increasing sales are, of course, gratifying,” said Tim Freeman, Managing Director of Freeman Technology. “They not only reflect growing recognition of the value of the FT4 but also the commitment and expert support of our expanding global team.”

“The announcement of a new partnership in Scandinavia complements our growing team and increases the support we provide to new and existing customers in that region. Powder Development is headed by Christer Rosen who is a recognised expert in powder characterisation and its industrial application so I am confident that our Nordic customers will benefit from his knowledge and local support,” he added.
