World Cement,
Eurocement’s Ulyanovskcement received the first shipment of equipment from IBAU HAMBURG on 26 March, as part of its project to build a new packaging line for the plant.
Six trucks delivered more than 65 t of equipment to the site. The plant is building an automated loading facility for the shipment of bulk cement by road and rail. The new system will include dedusting equipment to increase the level of environmental protection at the plant.
In February 2014, Ulyanovskcement received new railway machinery, comprising six new dump cars.
Eurocement is investing heavily in the modernisation of its cement plants, including projects to switch from the wet to the semi-dry or dry process.
