World Cement,

The Eurocement Group has sent the first batch of cement for the construction of two new potash plants in Volgograd and Perm. Under the contract, the total amount of supplies of cement in the period from September 2015 to December 2016 will exceed 140 thousand t.

Portland cement is intended for use in the EuroChem projects for the construction of new companies.

Currently, EuroChem is in the first phase of the Usolsk potash plant construction project with a planned capacity of 2.3 million tpy of potassium chloride. The plant under construction is located in the Verkhnekamskoye deposit (Perm Territory), which is one of the largest deposits of potash in the world. The second phase of the project involves the construction of an additional skip shaft of the mine, which will increase the total annual capacity to 3.7 million t of potassium chloride.

Sulfate Portland Holding is ideal for the construction of concrete and reinforced concrete structures, construction of wells, and the construction of foundations for underground and underwater structures. This cement strengthens rapidly, which reduces the time of construction.
